Wheelchair lifts
Sometimes it is necessary to install a vertical wheelchair platform lift in Columbus due to the lack of space for a large ramp, or it might be preferable for entry in to the home. This unit would require the construction of a platform level with the entry door threshold, if there is no existing porch or deck. There would also need to be a stair leading from this porch to the ground for egress purposes. The wheelchair lift needs a concrete slab to connect to as well as a concrete pathway to the driveway or sidewalk. In ideal situations we should install the lift with minor modifications.
